The Mercy House Food Pantry introduced by Life Community Services, provides temporary food assistance to those in need once a week or twice a month.

A Food Pantry is a community-based program that collects and stores food to distribute free of charge to low–income families and individuals.  The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina is a critical resource to more than 800 emergency food and social service programs in 34 counties of central and eastern North Carolina.

As a partner agency to The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina partner agencies have access to fresh produce, canned meals, baby food, frozen products, beverages, and essential non-food items such as personal hygiene items and paper products. Life International invites you to help meet the needs of the community and become part of the hunger solution.  A table is located in the lobby of the Global Leadership Center for donations like non-perishable food items.  Monetary gifts are also welcome for discounted food purchases from the North Carolina Food Bank, you can bring gift cards to the Global Leadership Center front dest, or make a monetary donation here and selecting "Missions".
