Responsibilities
- Operate video switcher control panel during live productions switching from camera to camera
- Lead the camera operators in achieving a successful live stream
- Effectively communicate with camera operators on which camera is live and which camera is on standy by as well as
- Communicate with camera operators on framing and settings that need to be changed
- Trigger sermon graphics when prompted
Job Must Haves
- Experience in live video directing and directing camera operators
- Experience operating a switcher control panel

- Knowledge and experience of Blackmagic (BM) Design broadcast switcher, BM Vdeohub, and BM Atem Control panel

Responsibilities
- Operating Blackmagic Ursa Mini 4.6k cameras and following the direction of the appointed video director on a given broadcast date
- Following the main subject of a broadcast, zooming in and out, and pulling focus along with finding the best possible framing for each shot
- Keeping up with and maintaining camera during service
- Changing camera settings on the fly if appointed by the video director
Job Must Haves (Required)
- Experience operating high quality cinema cameras
- Know basic camera settings and how they affect the image being capture, i.e. ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, White Balance
- Know basic visual aspects of shooting, i.e. Depth of Field, Rule of Thirds, Head Room, Rack Focus etc. As well as camera movements, i.e. Pan, Whip Pan, Tilt,
- Able to identify exposure issues and know which settings need to be changed
- Be quick when it comes to changing camera framing and grabbing focus during worship as the video director may be switching faster when appropriate
- Finding pleasing cinematic camera framing/angles during a worship service
- Ability to retain information given
- Comfortable standing as camera operators will be standing for the majority of service
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Background in cinematography or videography
- Personal demo reel showcasing camera operating skills and abilities
- Experience operating cameras in a live broadcast production environment
- Experience using Blackmagic Design cameras
- Personal camera used for videography
Responsibilities
- Coordinating communication backstage between pastors, worship team, and media team.
- Cue individuals to move on and off stage according to production schedule.
- Ensure the stage and podium is clean at all times.
- Ensure water is available for pastors, speakers, media & worship teams.
Nice To Have:

Responsibilities
- Operate lighting console during live services and events.
- Create and save lighting cues on the lighting console.
- Work with CG1 during rehearsals to select worship backgrounds for worship.

- Experience running live performances such as concerts, theater and/or houses of worship.
- Knowledge of Avolite Titan lighting control console/
- This position triggers content to be displayed on LED wall & livestream including graphics, videos, lyrics, and scriptures from ProPresenter 7.
Responsibilities
- Organize content needed for service including announcement videos, graphics, scriptures and lyrics.
- Trigger worship lyrics in sync with the worship team.
- Trigger scriptures and graphics in sync with the speaker during service for in-person and live stream audience.
- Communicate with teams quickly and effectively.
Nice To Have:
- Able to maintain composure when/if technical issues occur.
- Able to respond quickly to updates or changes to services.
- Pay strong attention to details.
- Knowledge of how to operate a PC running Windows 10
- Responsibilities
- Setting up and starting live streams on given production dates as well as test live streams on production rehearsal dates
- Watching to make sure the stream is healthy
- Display lower third graphics and videos to livestream audience when needed (CG1 operator runs graphics but CG2 may need to run them directly in the streaming software).
